so leute, habe ja bereits mein Geld von Paypal zurückerhalten und trotzdem den support von MS angeschrieben und mit nachdruck nach den Gründen für die Deaktivierung der Lizenz den US-Support gefragt, heute die Antwort:

I looked over the account and made sure the license for your content was properly applied to your account. This means that even if the purchase screen says that you have to purchase it again, you will not have to pay again. Please go ahead and accept the purchase option as you should not be charged again for this content.
If for any reason you are charged again, simply reply to this email directly and I will make sure you are refunded. If you happen to have any other concerns regarding this issue, please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to help.
